Opened up this issue again after the release of 4.3.0: The administrator of a shop usually is single-lingual, actually no multilang feature needed. With 4.3.0 we introduced English here, was German in former versions. In a manner of internationalization, please provide a possibility to easily translate the user group entries. |

As this needs changes in DB - fix will be included in next Update. |
