Summary0007601: Checkout with B2B offer not possible
DescriptionIf I create a B2B offer and choose a user for it, the user isn't able to checkout. There is the error:

"Currently we have no shipping method set up for this country.

We are aiming to find a possible delivery method and we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail about the result, including further information about delivery costs."

There is no problem with any other product. It happens only with B2B offer.
Steps To Reproduce1. Install B2B 7.0.1
2. Log into admin panel
3. Activate all B2B modules
4. Create a new user, check B2B user and active, give it a name, email address and fill out street, zip, city, country (Germany), password...
5. Go to B2B Offers -> Overview
6. Check Visible, Orderable, Unlimited, fill out Title, Reference and Price and save
7. Assign it to your created user (Assign Customer)
8. Go to frontend, log in with your user
9. Click on the profile symbol -> Offers
10. Look at the offer
11. click on to-cart-symbol
12. Go to checkout -> You will get the error
Additional InformationI only get the error in B2B 7.0.0 and OXID 7.0.1

Works fine with B2B 5.1.0 and OXID 6.5.3

Issue is caused by shipping cost rules of the demo data which can be changed in the admin / backend.

So this is issue is no bug, but missconfiguration.
