| Description | Since PHP 5.6, PHP uses UTF-8 as default charset and forces Apache to output a response header with UTF-8 if nothing else is configured. Apparently, the setup routine works on ISO-8859 but doesn't set the header correctly. In a result, all special characters are broken in the setup routine. | ||||
