Summary0005595: User's state is saved in wrong way
DescriptionWhen user's state is entered in admin, it is inserted as it is to OXUSER.OXSTATEID field, what is wrong.
Steps To ReproduceGo to Administer Users -> Users
Enter / change state.
Check what OXSTATEID is inserted for that user.

 Since the ticket, the OXID in oxstates has been changed to OXISOALPHA2 values. This way it works in the admin panel.
We will rework the section in a future version and probably add a proper lookup for states in the admin
