Summary0004945: oxuser does not use oxcounter
DescriptionHi,

since version 4.6.0 we can use oxcounter to increment some values like oxorder-number.
But oxuser does not.
There we have an auto_increment directly at the table "oxuser".

So, newsletter "customers" get an entry in oxuser and a customer number.
Which is not needed here.

Sounds like a good idea to me. And it should be configurable as many shops do not use the internal counter at all, but get the numbers from the ERP system
