| Description | mein Name ist Christine Schanz und ich bin Projektmanagerin bei TWT Interactive. Unser Kunde Blume2000 hat eine Suchthematik im OXID BE an uns heran getragen, die ein ToDo für Oxid wäre. Anbei die Beschreibung der Kundin: "ich habe im Backend nach einer Bestellung für Lale Lu gesucht: alle, bezahlt in den Filtern gewählt und Lu Lale eingegeben. Ich bekomme eine ganz andere Bestellung angezeigt. Suche ich allerding ohne Namen nur mit alle und bezahlt, so wird mir die bestellung 1315647 angezeigt, in dem ich mich durch die Seiten durchklicke und sie dann finde. Die Suche funktioniert also nicht richtig." Die Kundin hat ebenfalls in Ihrer Demoversion die aktuelle Suche getestet und gibt folgendes Feedback: "Hallo Mareike, hab ich mal reingeschaut. Ist auch nicht so die optimale Suche. Wenn ich z.B. Max Manager in der Suche eingebe, erhalte ich Manager Max und Produktmanager Peter. Wenn ich das für Sabine Schmidt mache, kriege ich dann ja alle Sabines und alle Schmidts raus, was die Suche nicht vereinfacht.... Könnt Ihr das bitte bei Oxid mal melden? Danke! Gruß Katharina" Können Sie sich bitte die Thematik anschauen und mögliche Lösungsansätze nennen, wie die Suche optimiert werden kann und dass auch die richtigen Bestellungen zu den entsprechenden (richtigen) Nutzern ausgegeben werden. Pardon me! Attached my request in english: Our client Blume200 told us a problem to forward to OXID. In the past our client searched in their backend for an order for their customer Lale Lu. They used the filter setting "all/already payed" and searched for the named Customer Lale Lu. But they got orders from other customers and not the order with the former insert data. Without entering the name our client got the right order 1315647 by skipping through the pages. Also Blume 2000 tried to search (in the lastest Oxid Demo Version) for the user Max Manager. The only result they got were Manager Max or Produktmanager Peter. The OXID backend search is not that detailed our client need for their daily work. Please could you be so kind and send us some solutions for the written request. The result of the search has to be identical as the insert data. As this is the bugtracker and no Support-Channel, maybe it would be better to directly ask the official Support at OXID - and honestly, I do not think this is a bug. This is more a feature request, to customize the search-logic by choosing "and" / "or" as parameter. Blume2000 is an Enterprise-Edition Shop, which includes a mandatory maintenance and support agreement - so please contact the support. |
