Additional InformationIm Gesetzentwurf der BReg v. 16.11.2011 (BT-Drs. 17/7745) steht eindeutig: “Beschriftungen wie zum Beispiel „kostenpflichtig bestellen“, „zahlungspflichtigen Vertrag schließen“ oder „kaufen“ lassen dagegen unmissverständlich erkennen, dass mit der Betätigung der Schaltfläche auch eine finanzielle Verpflichtung eingegangen wird.

I think it would be too early now, since the legal aspects especially for traditional online-shops with real products are not really clarified, also there seem to be more suitable alternatives for a lang-key like "Kaufen".

Also, the main focus of this law is for "Dienstleistungen ohne Widerrufsrecht" - services without the right for sending back articles, like downloads, recurring services ("Abonnements") or other custom-made-demands. Not for real products or orders where the customer is fully aware of the prices and pointed out his awareness multiple times before - and additionally has a 14 day right to send them back.

btw: imagine going into a supermarket and signing a "verbindlich kaufen"-paper before paying your basket *lol*
