Summary0003019: payment method COD uses extra text instead longdesc, and shows costs not as other_method does.
DescriptionThe template payment_oxidcashondel.tpl is unnessessary:
- it uses PAGE_CHECKOUT_PAYMENT_PLUSCODCHARGE1/2 to show the price, where the payment_other.tpl shows the price within brackets in the label.
- it does not show the price in the label, so the user only sees the price when activating it, while the other prices are directly shown
