Summary | 0001310: shipping set not taken over after change in checkout
Description | Best to explain with an example: Define two different shipping sets, e.g. DPD-EU with 6.90 EUR and STANDARD with 3.90 for Germany. Stumble through the checkout process using a Germany as your country. In checkout step 4, decide to change your country to Austria and proceed the checkout again. The shipping method STANDARD is taken over (see screen shot attached) and appears in the admin area as well.

Reminder sent to: marco_steinhaeuser We can reproduce this case only when STANDARD is assigned to Austria. In this case it is correct, because DPD-EU probably is assigned only to Germany, so shop selects the Shipping set, which is valid for Austria. Anyway - if there are more than one Shipping set valid for Austria - you can select wanted Shipping set in 3rd step (after you changed the Country in 2nd order step and navigating to 3rd). If no shipping sets are assigned to Austria, we get the warning in the 3rd order step after Country is changed to Austria: "Currently we have no delivery method set up for this country. <...>" So it works correctly... If I'm understood the problem correctly. |
