| Description | This bug has been reported by three oxid partners by now. It has been previously reported as tickets: 470 763 778 You are stating it's "resolved" - because you can't reproduce it. However, it's not resolved! My customers are every now and then complaining! It was first reported in JANUARY - Please take the time and have a look into this. It can easily be reproduced even in the demo-shop. Please provide a fix for this ASAP ! By now, it's embarrasing! Thank you! | ||||

Reminder sent to: henriks Hi, Yes, it was reported before as the bug 0000470 (in eShop version 4.0.1.0). Initialy I was not able to reproduce this (Reproducibility=unable to reproduce), but developers took a look to the source code and found the issue. Also after that with Andreas Zeithen help, I was able to reproduce this by myself. The issue was fixed (Resolution=FIXED) and fix has been released in the eShop version 4.1.0. Two other bugs 763 and 778 - are duplicates of 470. Now I changed the reproducibility of 470 to "always" (sorry, it was left by mistake). Now - I can still reproduce the issue on 4.0.1.0 version PE (where it was initialy reported), but cannot reproduce it on 4.1.5 version. I tested the cases: - on PE and CE, - localy and on our demoshops, - with single product: a) when product is "If out of stock, not orderable"; b) also when product is "If out of stock, offline"; - and with Products with variants (when bought parent, next order bought variants). - some combinations of products with variants (all stocks=0): a) when Parent article is "External storehouse" and online, but bought variant is "If out of stock, offline; b) the same as a), but variant is "If out of stock, not orderable"; c) when all articles - Parent and vairants - are "...offline"; d) when all articles - Parent and vairants - are "...not orderable"; e) when Parent article is "...offline", and bought variant is "not orderable". ... In all these cases the information in Main tab (order_main) of the made order is displayed correctly. The question is - do you reproduce this case on eshop version 4.1.5? (or on any version between 4.1.0-4.1.5 ?) or still on 4.0.1.0? If you can reproduce it on shop version 4.1.0-4.1.5 - maybe you can give us access to these shops for debuging? (I would contact you in this case for the info). I would appreciate any help to reproduce this case, as if this bug is still active - it would be really embarrassing. Best regards, |

Closed, because cannot reproduce this case any more (after the fix was released in eShop version 4.1.0). |
