DescriptionThe FPDF library as a 3rd party lib obviously does not support UTF-8. Find another tool that fits the needs.
Additional InformationMaybe UFPDF (http://acko.net/blog/ufpdf) or the Debian php-fpdf lib (which shall fit from the license perspective) would be ok.

Problem fixed by using alternative library (which derived from FPDF long time ago and should be no big problems using it) TCPDF. In case some language specific characters are not shown - module should be written for oxPdf::setFont() function, which setups font
