Summary	0007666: Price surcharges on the detail page for selection lists are not taken into account
Description	If an article has selection lists with price surcharges and you order via PayPal Express from the detail page, these surcharges are not transmitted to PayPal. Selection lists are only visible on the item detail page if the Load selection lists checkbox has been activated under Master data -> Basic settings, Performance tab. To ensure that a price surcharge or discount is also taken into account when purchasing an item and calculated in the shopping cart, a checkmark must also be placed in the Support price changes through selection lists checkbox.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Enter and select selection list with price surcharge 2. Add article to selection list 3. Go to frontend and on article detail page 4. Press Button -> PayPal 5. The selection list surcharge is not transmitted to PayPal
