Description	Switch the shop language to English and go to step 3 of the checkout process. Steps To Reproduce	- Install PayPal 2.3.0 RC 2. - Activate the payment method oscpaypal. - Switch the language in the frontend to English. - Goto checkout step 3. - Open the browsers console.
