Summary0006478: Savedbasket not empty after order
DescriptionSince version PE 4.9.9. we see often that the savedbasket is not empty after customer placed an order.
Expected behavior is, that the savedbasket is completly empty when the order is send.
The savedbasket keeps 80-95% of positions of the order. I assume, the deletion starts but does not run through.
Customers are confused when comming back later and find the positions already ordered in their basket. We recieved several complaints.
Steps To ReproduceNot possible to reproduce, but approximatly 25% of orders keep the entries in savedbasket.
Checking the tables oxuser -> oxuserbaskets (OXTITLE=savedbasket) -> oxuserbasketitems shows the articles and quantities which are in current oxorder.
Happens to all payments.
Additional InformationTheme Roxive with megamenue, usual payments (PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Vorkasse), trusted shop and d3 OrderPoints - no other basket / order modules.

Not reproducable on demoshop - so bug entry will be closed.
After an order has been successfully completed, the basket will also be emptied.
