Description	The search in the list of discounts doesn't find the right discounts when using %, ä, ö, ü, ß and maybe other characters.

One remark though: The admin search does not literally search for the german umlauts, but reduces them to their diphtongue equivalents. That way you might get unexpected results (e.g. you find results containing a instead of ä if you search for ä)
