Tha language idents EMAIL_ORDER_CUST_HTML_ARTNOMBER and EMAIL_ORDER_CUST_HTML_SHIPPINGCARRIER were already replaced in flow theme with existing ones. But EMAIL_ORDER_CUST_HTML_PLUSTAX1 and SHIPPING_VAT2 are still missing. |

Hello guys. I have merged PR 104 and PR 108 whose are fixing the missing translations. Added some more fixes from my side on the top. The merge commit is: 4ca785d. |
