| Description | Shop setup - Two languages ... de => Deutsch en => English ... with English (1) being the default one. Try to recover password for an existing user, Emails get send with a link something like this: http://www.domain.com/index.php?cl=forgotpwd&uid=4ce953ece13cd9e6343f307... Following that link leads to: Password update page expired. Please use the Forgot Password function again. Switching to German the link looks like this and work: http://www.domain.com/index.php?cl=forgotpwd&uid=b899f75623f2c8d88aa0eec... Looks like the "&lang=0" part gets screwed up in the first one. | ||||

Reminder sent to: Rico Hi, I cannot reproduce this case localy. For me it works correctly. Just mind please, that the link in sent emails expires in few cases: - if more "Forgot password..." emails are sent after this (then all previously sent links are expired, active is always only the last one); - if the link is already used once (you cannot reset password twice using the same link, once used - it expires). Please check if it is not one of these cases. If no - could you please send us the script from the german and english CMS, which forms the links ? Best regards, Dainius Bigelis |
