| Description | If a customer from Switzerland pays via PayPal express checkout and selects a delivery address in Germany, the VAT is not calculated, even though in shop admin "Master Settings -> Core Settings -> Settings -> Vat -> "Use shipping country for VAT calculation instead of billing country" is checked. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Put article in basket 2. Do express checkout and login to PayPal 3. Select shipping address different from billing address (Switzerland) 4. Change to Germany 5. Vat should be calculated, but isn't. | ||||
