Description | Allways saving something of the admin area (even saving Kategories or articles etc.) the system forces me to login again. Thats not what I would expect from our future shop System. Right now we are in the evaluation and i have to make a report to our CEO´s if the new shop will be oxid or not... | ||||

Reminder sent to: dainius.bigelis, martinp Hi, Very strange case. And on our side we cannot reproduce it. Also we have no more requests about this case in support. It's very similar that the problem is only localy, i.e. if the cookies are not allowed in your browser (when the cookies are mandatory for proper shop work). Could you please give us more information about the environment where your shop is installed - what OS, which browser and browser version you are using, are the cookies alowed in your browser, did you installed any modules in the shop, etc. Best regards, Dainius |

- Browser IE 8/ Mozilla Firefox 2.0, Cookies are allowed without a restriction. OS Server: RedHat Linux 5.2 error can be reproduced on my side: Locally Windows XP installed. Otherwise i will have another try now on Opera (Version 9.52 Build 10108 Plattform Win32 Betriebssystem Windows XP) Also right now tested with the current version of Safari (3.2.2 Build 525.28.1), same issue !! We have installed a basic shop version without any additional modules (Installation was green in all parts ;-)) |

Reminder sent to: martinp I still cannot reproduce it. Did you checked the System requirements on your server - is there everything installed what's needed for OXID eShop? Hi Dainius, have asked our IT to give you an account to our Evaluation Server whereon the shop is installed right now. Maybe that helps you further. While the Installation the shop didn't respond any errors after we installed all services and packages. Have just created a PDF with the config and tried to upload wich is not possible maybe can send it via eMail ? Best Regards Martin |

Reminder sent to: martinp Hi, We can reproduce similar case now (there is separate bug entry https://bugs.oxid-esales.com/view.php?id=599). So if this is the same case - the problem is with the option "Automatic Save when changing Tabs" in Admin => Core Settings => System tab => Administration section: - If this option is ON - then after Save user is loged out from admin. So please check if you have this option ON in your shop. If yes - as a workaround you can uncheck it and Saving in admin will work properly. Best regards, Dainius Bigelis |
