Summary	0005020: recommend child theme while setup
Description	A lot problems of users asking for help in forums result from not having created a child theme and not taking advantage of the override system. I suggest to implement a routine within setup which asks the user if he would like to create a child-theme folder. Then ask for a name, create the folder and the theme.php - do not forget to shortly explain the advantages of a child theme.
