Right, that's confusing. You can enter Shipping address only when checkbox "Use Billing Address for Shipping" is OFF. This "Change" button in this case should be disabled OR - when it's clicked, it should switch the option "Use Billing Address for Shipping" to OFF automatically. Currently it works only when there is shipping address inserted - not intuitive. |
