| Description | after you request a new password, you come to a page that looks as it hasnt been received any attention of designers or usablity specialists (see screenshot). this page needs layout and content. something like a repetition of the forgotpw pages text (if you dont receive the email within minutes...) and a button to get back to the page, from where you opened the password-forgotten popup. As i think about it: This is a second issue: why is there a comfortable forgot-password popup, which doesnt pull you out of your "shopping flow", when the target of the popup is a dead end page with a single button, that points to the start page? | ||||
