Hey OXID-Team,

are there any news about this issue since the status is still "new"?

Cheers, joshua

Reminder sent to: alexsxb, joshua

Hi,

Actually we cannot reproduce this case nor on 4.5.8, neither on 4.5.2 eshop version.
But I'm a bit confused about description of the issue as I cannot do some actions as described. Let's make it clear that we do everything the same way:
(in Azure theme)
1. Add product to the basket as not registered user.
2. go to the Basket.
3. In the 2nd order step (called "Address") choose the second option "Open personal customer account".
4. In opened form uncheck the checkbox "Use Billing Address for Shipping". So now you see two forms to fullfill with the data: "Billing address" and "Shipping address".
5. Insert needed data into input fields of those forms.

at this moment you wrote "4.) click in top navigation on payment". As I understood - need to click on the Title of the 3rd order step "Pay", without clicking the "Continue to Next Step" button in the 2nd order step.
But - usualy when you are in the 2nd order step the link of 3rd order step is not active yet, so you cannot click it.

6. In this case I click on "Continue to Next Step" and 3rd order step is opened with payment method info.
7. Then I click on title of 2nd order step "Address".
8. When 2nd order step is opened - I still see the checkbox "Use Billing Address for Shipping" unchecked and all the details what I inserted previously is saved in the forms (the Shipping address is saved also).

So please tell me in which step I do something different and how I can reproduce the bug.
Btw, if, because any reasons, being in the 2nd order step, you see the title of 3rd step active as link - and you click on it - you cannot expect that information inserted int he 2nd order step would be saved because actually you do not _submit_ the form (what would cause SAVE action), but just navigate to other page.

it is the "BTW" notice... and our customer expects that if there is a link it works correctly... i would expect that the link is NOT ACTIVE or works by submitting the form !!!

but (as testet in your demo instance i now get an error that the emailaddress is not valid if i click the link...)

Hi

The issue needs template changes, so it is fixed only in 4.6 version.
