Summary | 0003222: Picture are not generated for subshops
Description | You have a mastershop where all articles are stored. A Subshop inherites all articles from the mastershop. An article has one picture(oxarticles__oxpic1) configured in the oxarticles table(do not upload a picture with the admin tool). The image file exists only in the master picture folder, no small pictures were generated yet. Now you open the shop frontend of the subshop and go to the article. The images should be generated, but they aren't. If you open the article in the master shop, the pictures will be generated, but the pictures should also be generated if you open the article in the subshop.
Steps To Reproduce | - create a subshop wich inherites all articles from the mastershop - upload an article picture for one article which is inherited in the subshop - delete the generated pictures(in the filesystem) - open the article in the subshop No pictures are generated. If you open the article in the mastershop the pictures were generated.

Reminder sent to: Shop-A-Lot hi, Some strange case here: we were able to reproduce this issue previously (when confirmed the issue), but now we cannot to repeat this once again. We tried several different case, but no success (on 4.5.5 and on 4.5.1 version also) - shop always generates the images for subshop (even if we upload file through ftp and just insert file name to DB, the same as when uploading images using admin and then deleting the generated files). - Could you please try to do reproduce it once again on latest eShop version (4.5.5) and tell us did you succeed? Also - if your shop is updated from some previous versions or you working on fresh installation of eShop 4.5.1? Best regards, |
