Summary	0002681: not all filled out address-fields visible (even not in step5)
Description	the reduced optic of the filled out address-form is very nice and space-saving, but it does not show several fields. Missing: state fax cell phone personal phone vat id no birthdate These fields are invisible even in step 5, whichs purpose is to review and control all previously entered data.
Additional Information	If the user does not fill out the phone field but only the cellphone field (not so improbable), his only phone-number is invisible. found in 4.5.0_34038
