Hi,

Tried to reproduce the case described by you, but without success - I can open the Service -> Product Export frame in the admin and still I am loged in to admin.
After you are loged out from shop - do you see the same read Admin area login popup as in our demoshops:

Yes, it's exactly the same Admin area login popping up as in the demoshops.

I am running 2 shops (CE 4.4.2 & 4.4.1).
The 1st one (CE 4.4.2) is template wise pretty modified but properly updated.
The 2nd one (CE 4.4.1) consists exclusively of original OXID files except Efire and Portlet Paypal integration.

Both show the same "behavior" if clicking "Product export" in Admin area.

In the german forum another user said that he's got the same problem:

P.S.: The issue started to happen when i updated both shops from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1 respectively to 4.4.2.
(htaccess' are untouched,
system requirements 100% fullfilled,
folders "export" set to file permission 755,
my provider is Hosteurope,
tested with:
- Windows Vista 32 & XP,
- Mozilla 3.6, Opera 10.6, IE8)

Hi,

I tried to reproduce the same case - update from 4.4.0 to 4.4.2 version with CE eShop, but still no success.
Could you please check if there is stoken on the link to "Product Export" in the admin? It should be included in the link, to open the frame properly.
I assume that you didn't made any changes in the Admin templates on this eShop with "exclusively of original OXID files".
Also one more idea - that during update, you applied the patch for PE versions on your CE shop... just thought about this, because both results are related to Demo License key: Product Export item is hidden in Demo shop; and pop-up for login to Admin is displayed only in Demo shop... but there is no license key in CE, only in PE and EE.... just an idea.

If this is not the case for sure - could you please write the feedback to us and send the access info (to our support system [email protected]) for testing the case on your system?

Hi,

1. Yes, there are stoken on the links to "Product Export" in admin of both shops.
2. I didn't touch the Admin templates on that shop you mentioned.
3. I suppose not, since i got all the cumulative packages from here:
http://wiki.oxidforge.org/Cumulative_Packages
And all those update zip's i used got CE in title like e.g. "PATCH_OXID_ESHOP_CE_V.4.4.1_28950_TO_V.4.4.2_29492"

Testwise i just reinstalled that shops 4.4.0 version:
export worked as intended without kickout off admin area.
After updating with the appropriate cumulative package 4.4.0 to 4.4.2 (PATCH_OXID_ESHOP_CE_V.4.4.0_28699_TO_V.4.4.2_29492.zip which i just downloaded from here: http://wiki.oxidforge.org/Cumulative_Packages):
the mentioned export issue is there again.

P.S.: I will of course provide all neccessary infos to help you check this issue if i can.
What access info do you mean exactly?

Hi,

Finally - I'm able to reproduce this case, but - only when after update I don't(!) clear the tmp dir and cache is not deleted... what's must to do after any version update.
Please clear the /tmp dir and browser cache and try to access "Product Export" once again... and tell us about the results. If this will not help - I will contact you about details for debugging on your side.

Hi,

i finally solved this "issue", it has simply been my fault.
I overlooked something when adjusting templates after databank updates.

All works as intended now again with both shops :)
