Summary0002043: System requirements check for "Files/folders access rights" always fails
DescriptionWhen setup eShop, always getting the red "Files/folders access rights" check in system requirements page, thought everything set as required:
    * /out/pictures/ (recurse into subdirectories)
    * /out/media/ (recurse into subdirectories)
    * /out/basic/src/ (recurse into subdirectories)
    * /log/ (recurse into subdirectories)
    * /tmp/ (recurse into subdirectories)
    * /config.inc.php
    * /.htaccess

... even when permissions for entire shop is set to 777, this check fails.
