| Description | if online vatId check is not accessible (or entered alternative url is incorrect), user should be able to finish order (assuming entered vatId is correct). after order is done, in admin interface Administer orders -> orders near vatId should be displayed message, that it was impossible to validate vatId during ordering process and entered vatId should be checked manually. at the moment, if online vatId check is not accessible, user gets message 'invalid vat ID' and will not be allowed to proceed untill he deletes vatId at all. | ||||
