| Description | If you define a discount of e. g. 10,- euro for a special category and you put 1 articles of this category into the basket you get 10,- eur discount. So far okay. But if you put 3 different articles of the discounted category into basket you will get 30,- euros discount, which is NOT okay. The discount on a category should not be calculated on the amount of articles. Cause if you do a discount of 10% it'll be calculated on all the articles of this category. Or if you do an absulute discount of 10,- euros without assigning it to a category, you will get a 10,- euro discount - no matter how many articles are in the basket. | ||||

Reminder sent to: andreas_ziethen Hi, This functionality works the same way as we planned from very beginning: when discount for category is created, it is applied for each article in this category. The idea to apply this discount only once per category - is good feature request (as I also wrote in bug 0001510).
