Summary0000137: ajax problems in selection lists
Description1) empty ajax list is wrong displayed (see added picture No.1)
2) assign 1 product and then unassign it. somehow selection lists are shown for sorting anyway (see added picture No.2)

 removed colgroup item, which adjusted column widths respectively, but somehow does not work on firefox. So now YUI is responsible for that
