| Description | Customer paid with Bancontact, the money was debited, but the order was automatically canceled in the backend. No order confirmation sent, even though the customer landed on the thank you page. | ||||
| Additional Information | - es - Partner Info: After completing her order (12:51:09 p.m.), the customer was not redirected to the thank you page, but back to the shipping and payment methods page (12:51:44 p.m.). According to the session, there was a “payerror” in the session, which resulted in the error message “Payment authorization failed. Please check your entry!” The stock of the purchased items was also temporarily deducted and then immediately reset. The customer then selected Bancontact as the payment method again and was redirected to the thank you page (12:52:13 p.m.) by the Continue button | ||||
