Description | Error description; - The customer completes his order and pays for it as usual. However, the following happens afterwards (for us): - In OXID, instead of one item (2x product "Elemento riscaldante"), we see a total of five items (a 2x product Elemento riscaldante) - However, the customer correctly only pays for two products - As a result, five emails with the same order number end up in our mailbox (as if they were five separate/individual orders but with the same order number) - In SAP, the five items are then visible again as in OXID None of this is visible to the customer (fortunately). The content of the order confirmation that the customer receives is correct again. | ||||
