Summary	0007637: Insufficient information about minimum order value leads to confusion during the checkout process
Description	Although the minimum order price is not met, you can go straight to the checkout. You are only made aware of this in the last step, but at the very bottom of the page, which you can usually only see by scrolling. However, the button for ordering with payment is at the top. Since nothing happens when you click on the button, it looks as if there is a defect.
Steps To Reproduce	- set minimum order value in shop core settings > settings > Min. Order Price - order below that price - goto checkout
