When you complete the payment in PayPal you are redirected to the order overview page, but the OXID order is not yet saved.
If you wait a few seconds too long on the order overview page to complete the order, the webhook arrives and tries to capture the order, which fails and "Shop Order for PayPal order 'xxx' not found" will be written as an error in the log.
If you are fast enough and complete the OXID order, you get the error message in the log that the order has already been captured, because OXID itself captured the order and shortly after the webhook tries to capture it again.
The order is correctly in OXID in both cases, but there are the confusing log entries.
