Summary	0007513: Set Category exclusively visible recursive - no drag and drop, strange behavior of "(Un-)Assing all"
Description	Under Administer Products -> Categories -> Rights -> Assign User Groups -> Change button in top of pop up to "Apply changes to category, subcategories and its products" then you cannot drag and drop a simple group between those two lists anymore. To Assign all or unsassign all you need to press the button two times.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Install newest EE with Demodata 2. try to set "Exclusively visible by User Group" for a category one with button 1 (Apply Changes to categoriy and its products only) to see how it should behave. 3. try to set above with second button active. 4. in developer mode you will see 500 errors.
