Description	If another mandatory field such as phone number was entered during registration, you will be stuck in the checkout and will not be able to proceed further, neither from the article detail page nor in the shopping cart. If under Master data -> Basic settings -> Settings -> Mandatory Fields the following was entered oxuser__oxfon and on PayPal side no phone number was deposited, one remains stuck
Steps To Reproduce	1. Master Settings -> Basic settings -> Settings -> Mandatory Fields the following was entered oxuser__oxfon 2. Go to detail page and use PayPal Express Checkout -> you got stuck in checkout
