Summary	0007322: If the billing address is also the delivery address, then the method's response customerDeliveryAddresses is empty
Description	If the option "Use billing address for shipping" is set, the shop handles the billing address also as a delivery address. But the method customerDeliveryAddresses doesn't recognise the option and therefore not the billing address, which results as an empty response.
