Summary0006796: It is possible to delete default mall user
DescriptionAfter changing the default user id from static value to dynamic, it is now possible to delete default mall admin in backend.
Steps To Reproduce1. Install new shop
2. Login as default mall admin into the backend
3. Go to Administer Users->Users and delete all users even your self
4. You will be logged out and it will not be possible to login into backend anymore.

Not a bug. Why shouldn't you be able to delete it?
In recent versions you can just create a new admin via console command.
We will think about some more "do you really want ..?" dialogs in the future though.
