|Description||If you choose an variant of a product with the drop down menu and click on the link "more information" you get the information of the parent's product. |
It is very annoying for the customer, to scrolling until the end of the side, and have to click on the link "More Information" again.
It would be nice, the information of the variant came on the first click after the alternative choose.

After some discussions it's clear that this quite difficult change and would affect more functionality in the shops (like displaying variants in the lists, search options, similar products, and so on.). In such case (if to direct user to variant details page) - the SEO url also should be changes, means - some part of the page should be reloaded dynamically.
Also, doing this, it also can be improved, like - reload also some other details.
So we decided to prepare at first some concept for this functionality and then implement. Thus - it is moved to customers whishlist and will be considered later. The entry here is closed.
