The page is available in the archive of the documentation but some of the info on the page (e.g. directory structure) is outdated: https://www.oxid-esales.com/en/support-services/documentation-and-help/archive-oxid-eshop/administer-eshop/customize-texts-and-emails/editing-the-language-files.html Those files are also present in the mobile theme.
