Summary	0005881: No (expedient) error message is shown when more subshops exist than covered by license key
Description	When there are more subshops than the entered license key allows, 'Shop offline' is displayed in Shop frontend (which is right), but no specific message is thrown in backend.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Install an EE with the default 30-Day evaluation key. 2. Create a bunch of Subshops 3. Replace the license key with a key with limited subshops ( > the number of subshops you created in #2)
