Option "Double-Opt-In verwenden, wenn sich ein Kunde im Bestellprozess für den Newsletter anmeldet" is not related to the confirmation email sending during new user registration. It only affects sending/not sending confirmation email when user subscribes to newsletter during 2nd order step. In case when user in the 2nd order step selects registration (Persönliches Kunden-Konto eröffnen), it is interpreted as new user registration, not a subscription, so confirmation email is always sent. |
