Summary	0003779: When sending "Ordered download links" email, it does not checks for "Not Paid" links - all links are active
Description	When user ordered a product, which has 3 downloadable files attached: - 2 files are not marked as "Purchased only" - 1 file is marked as "Purchased only". After purchase is made in the Order email also in the My Account->My Downloads section all the links are displayed correctly (2 links are active, 1 is inactive). But when shop admin sends the email with ordered download links from Admin area (Orders->Main tab-> "Ordered download links" -> Send button) - then in the sent email all the links are active. The check for - if files need to be paid and payment is done - is missing.
