Summary	0003730: Need more universal solution for handling / in the URL for subdomains
Description	When SEO url is stored in the DB and when it's decoded, it forms different URL - in one case it has / in front, in other case - has no /. This leads to not working SEO urls for specific dirs on server, like /admin. Basically this is up to server configuration in apache, but maybe we can find more general solution for handling all the cases (with / and without).
Additional Information	Check those as a solution, might work: Function: processSeoCall() $sRequest = ltrim($sRequest,'/');
