use IE 8 (I tested it just with this version) and click on "Größe (size)". The CSS is ok. The background of the focused option is orange.
choose one.
Now, click on the next dropdownbox for "Farbe (color)". The background of the options is still grey, no color changes are there. But it should be as it was in the first dropdownbox.

With Chrome 15.0.874.121 m it works fine.
