Summary0003150: Usage of $ function prevents other libraries from being used
DescriptionIn Azure, OXID makes heavy use of the $ function of jQuery. To maintain compability with other libraries, or even another version of jQuery used at the same time, it's strongly recommended to use the "jQuery" function instead of "$".

there are jquery plugins for (almost) everything, so you dont need to include another javascript libraries.
Otherwise, why dont you use the "compatibility mode" of your library?
