Summary	0003104: Performance option "Do not display empty Categories" doesn't work properly
Description	The admin Performance option "Do not display empty Categories (Categories which have no Sub-Categories and no Products). " doesn't work properly. If you activate this option in OXID eShop demoshop 4.5 the complete main-category "Gear" / "Bekleidung" vanishes in the frontend, although there are lots of Sub-Categories and Products inside this category subtree.
Steps To Reproduce	Use demoshop http://demoshop.oxid-esales.com/professional-edition/ There are several main-categories, amongst others: "Gear" with some sub-categories and products inside it. go to admin-area -> Performance activate option "Do not display empty Categories (Categories which have no Sub-Categories and no Products). " Look at demo shop frontend again and hit reload. The complete category tree for "Gear" has vanished.
