Summary0002974: Table layout Checkout Step 1: Done with colgroup - very hard to modify with custom CSS
DescriptionThe table column widths in basketcontents.tpl are done with a static colgroup.
Because of that its unneccessary compicated to layout the table in a custom themes css.

Remove the colgroup and use a fixed table-layout ruleset in css.

stumbled upon another colgroup in wrapping.tpl (the popup in step1).
The same issue here of course: hard to reformat, please replace with css
