Description	If article is rated in Frontend without comment, the rating is not saved. In Frontend on details.tpl if customer rated an article without entering a comment, the rating is not saved. In 4.4.5 it has worked fine. Info from Oxid-Partner Frank Knapp. mentioned in Ticket#: 1224027
