Summary	0002365: You can't empty the order_remark textarea after you saved the billing address
Description	You cannot empty the order_remark textarea after you filled in a message and click next.
Steps To Reproduce	You are in the checkout on billing address page (step 2) and enter text in the order_remark textarea and click on the next button. Now you go back to the billing address page and delete the message in the textarea and click on next. But in the order_remark, there is still the old entry. You can overwrite the entry with a new message, but you cannot empty the order_remark.
